We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your paid plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that you have used no more than 30% of the credits included in that billing period.
If you have consumed more than 30% of your credits, the purchase is considered substantially used and is no longer eligible for the no-questions-asked refund. You may still contact us — we review such cases individually.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — see the 14-day guarantee above for refund eligibility.
Subscription renewals are charged automatically. Renewal charges are eligible for the same 14-day guarantee, counted from the renewal date, under the same credit-usage condition.
